Client Care Representative (CCR)

​

The Client Care Representative at the NOVA Cat Clinic is a client-focused position that does require a clear understanding of veterinary medicine. The CCR will be responsible for answering a multi-line phone, take client requests for medication refills, working to ensure medical records and phone conversations are kept accurate in each patient's computer-based file and be the positive and poised individuals that assist the clients before and after their appointments. Animal handling skills are preferred, and prior experience in a veterinary clinic is required.

Veterinary Assistant

​

The Veterinary Assistant position at the NOVA Cat Clinic encompasses the basics of both feline health care and client education. Veterinary Assistants aid the practice veterinarians in maintaining a safe, clean, and productive hospital setting for both the patients and staff of NOVA Cat Clinic. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the medical care of animals, work well in a team environment, be willing and able to follow directions, and have the drive and initiative to learn. Animal handling and prior experience working in a veterinary clinic are required.

Licensed Veterinary Technician

​

The LVT position at the NOVA Cat Clinic encompasses the full realm of both feline health care and client education. Veterinary Technicians aid the practice veterinarians in inpatient care, surgical procedures, and client communication. All candidates must be currently licensed as a Veterinary Technician in the state of Virginia. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical care of animals, work well in a team environment, be willing and able to both follow directions and lead other team members, and have the drive and initiative to learn.
